Yeah, pretty much.

Considering how close Braybrook in particular is to the city (it's basically only 8-9km out, same as Coburg for example), there's certainly still a long way to go.

Always quite amazing how quickly it changes when you're out the back of Highpoint and swing to the right down Hampstead Road towards Braybrook. Changes very, very quickly.

On the plus side, Seddon and Yarraville are great. Very underrated places to go out, both restaurant and bar wise.
