Any practice matches lined up?

Echuca United likley to have a couple of hitouts with Central Murray League clubs before the real stuff starts on Good friday.

Are they going to have enough players to field a team!!!! No in's at the eagles yet??? Whats going on?
Plenty of blokes on the track, filling 2 teams shouldn't be too much of an issue.

Just going about the businees quietly, Yeehoo. Not too many in's anywhere yet, looking at the MFL clearances. Like every one else, we'll worry about who's actually in and who's out when we're lacing up the boots come Round 1. But reckon you'll see plenty of improvement in the Eagles nest this year.

Leo will play if crawf can work out his media commitments. should know shortly i'm told. Looks good though apparently

Should be worth heading up for a look, and hopefully the game may even resemble the Finley-Deni clashes of a decade or so ago when both were formidable forces and the games were a tough and torrid affair.

From my memories, hatred was a commonly used word before taking the field.

just wondering how mulwala are traveling have a practice match against them

Will be a very good side this year, influx of new players from last year may see them take a while to gel but most have an affiliation with the club from past years. Look out for Lee James, Tim Hargraeves, Dylan Robinson & John McHenry, will be a handful if they all play forward!!

Yeh, they've got a few more than that, apparently.. Another to watch out for is Tom Wilson, played with him at Yarra last year. Very good young player. Expect him to have a massive year at Mul. Works hard, is a great kick and capable of kicking 50+ goals if he spends a bit of time forward.

Called into Congupna on Monday night and had a bit of a look at there intra club match, had two teams and about 5 on the bench for both sides. Sad news is the Queensland ruckman done his knee, not sure how bad but did not look good, and I was told already one of the other recruits done his knee and had a reco last week, so someone ran over a black cat at the road.
