Why then would Brisbane use exactly the same tactic at the next bounce? The ball was thrown up, not bounced, giving Cox the advantage.
Supposedly.
Comment was made on the broadcast as to wether this was a deliberate 6/6/6 break to gain that advantage.
Not sure how you held your tongue. Thanks for sharing this m8. This premiership just keeps getting sweeter and sweeter. I left a few laughter reactions in that thread as a way to thank those intellectuals for the entertainment they have bestowed upon us.
No Oppo Supporters - OPPOSITION OBSERVATION XXXVIII
“The triple premiership coach pointed to the importance of having local players at the Suns, which should help reduce the go-home factor which has plagued the expansion club since its inception”. Where else are they going to home to? FMDwww.bigfooty.com

If you were in the police force looking to get the quotas up, that Richmond thread would be your first call.
Stop being logicalWhy then would Brisbane use exactly the same tactic at the next bounce?
It wasn’t even a poor advantage call. Followed the rule to the letter.lol, a "tainted umpires flag"
Despite Brisbane directly benefiting from at least 3 terrible umpiring decisions that resulted in goals?
- Goal 1: Bailey encroaching into the protected zone when Cox was taking his kick
- Goal 2: The 50m penalty against Markov
- Goal 3: Daniher caught holding the ball, play allowed to go on, Bailey kicks another goal (this one is probably one of those decisions that gets paid in H&A and maybe let go in Finals)
That also ignores all the textbook 50m penalties that should have been paid our way that weren't
Like, all this talk about the umpiring in that Grand Final based on one poor advantage call that would have resulted in.....(wait for it).....a Lachie Neale kick from 65m out that could have literally resulted in anything lol

If a back pocket didn't score the winner in 1964, if Breen's kick wobbled out of bounce in 1966, if McKenna wasn't concussed in 1970, if Carman didn't get suspended in 1977, If Harmes' kick was called out of bounce in 1979, if Rocca's kick was paid a goal in 2002, if Maynard was paid a free kick in 2018 then Collingwood would have been miles ahead of everyone else on the premiership tally.
But it didn't happen. The salt from opposition supporters is a sight to behold.
Imagine the uproar if a Brisbane player had marked it and it had been called backIt wasn’t even a poor advantage call. Followed the rule to the letter.
Disagree on Markov, he had already moved off the mark before he was told to stand. I’m almost certain that particular incident was the single error that the AFL conceded in their match review too iirc.I mean, the same could be argued about the 50 against Markov
But at some point common sense/"feel for the game" has to prevail no?
It's clear Markov was going back to what he thought was the mark and couldn't hear the ump
It's also clear Bailey didn't know a free had been called and took the kick as he was being tackled
Exactly. Their fans wanted it both ways.Imagine the uproar if a Brisbane player had marked it and it had been called back

Oh I completely agree. There are several logical arguments to be made, ranging from “no guarantee a free kick and forward entry would have resulted in a goal”, to “what if no advantage had been called immediately and then the ball was marked by a lions player?”My original point still stands.
Even in the event that was a genuine mistake, a Meale kick from 65 could have ended up in anything.
People are acting like it cost them a certain goal that would have won the flag lol
The final goal that Brisbane kicked looked like it came from a player who took the ball out of bounds.lol, a "tainted umpires flag"

Crystal ball saying we will slide!
We are bigger and fitter heading into next week's opening round.
Pretty confident Swans are ahead on Grindr.Swans have a cultural chip on their shoulder.
Ignoring membership numbers, which clearly point to the claim being bullshit, this is what I found online in a matter of seconds.
