Barrybran Could the issue be that you've linked to the image from directly from people's individual PM's (which people not in that convo can't view) and not from an image hosting site? I know I had issues with this in FIRA and I just had to get a couple of people's stuff up onto imgur and link that before folks could see it.

It might be worth you just doing it for everyone Barrybran , it'll be solved a lot quicker that way.
