Heaps and Heaps of signings/rumors this week Ill try and summarise

Blaze sign Gibson and Mika Vukona from the Dragons and Petrie from WS apparently are going after Ebi Ere.

Tigers re-sign Anstey and get Worthington. Release Hoare (very dissapointing), Greer (after he asked to play elsewhere) and Crosswell and will field an all Aussie Roster

Townsville signs Peter Crawford and Jeff Dowdell from Perth release John Rillie

Adelaide re-sign Adam Ballinger

Perth reportedly after Martin Cattalini, Alex Loughton has gone overseas

New Zealand look to keep basically the same team

Wollongon seems to be going after their own players.

Matt Burston was tossing up between Adelaide/Perth but now is trying Europe as well.

Resigned Robertson, which is good - another good local lad and we missed him a lot last season, and Tovey - which isn't so good. Fair to say I'm not a big fan of his.

I just hope the imports are good - because it's all looking a bit meh.

Disappointed that Hoare has left the Tigers, although now it gives me even more reason to despise them (Hoare is/was the only player on their entire roster that I liked).

Trying to pick a team to follow now that the Dragons are gone, I might go Wollongong...

Ch10 Perth reported Martin Cattalini (the local boy), and Paul Rogers had signed up.

Can't find anything on the Wildcats site though.

From a fans standpoint. It's hard to believe I watched Cat's debut back in the early 90's, then coming in as 6th man behind our frontline of Vlahov, Fisher and Crawford. Ahhh.... every time I get nostalgic it just makes me sad to think how far basketball has fallen in this country.

Well let's hope ch10 are correct. Cat's back, he ends his career where he started and what do they say about life being one big cycle?

Hopefully basketball returns to its place as well.

Oh god no. Didn't rate him in Cairns, didn't rate him at the Tigers and certainly won't be rating him at the Sixers.

Hopefully we can resign Aaron Bruce as i believe he has a lot of offer. Bring in 2 new imports with Ballenger, Holmes and Bruce the starting 5 is looking good. Ng, Hill and a backup point guard (i guess it wouldn’t be so bad to sign Crosswell as a backup point guard but he would be behind Ng and Hill) and big man and the team is looking good for a new season.

The league will go back to the sponsors name ala 'Mitsubishi challenge' and the TV is exclusive to Fox only it seems, no regional or OneHD which is shit but...beggars (extreme beggars in this situation) cant be choosers.

This is the new NBL logo, not very imaginative but it has similarities to the rest of the basketball logos

I think he went to Metro State (Coached by Dunlap where Worthingless went) in the US and originally from Canberra. 6 foot 6 guard. 22 years old.
