Also, got to love the nana that had her phone blaring through the minutes silence for the Paris attack victims at Titanium Security Arena - she then made a claim that she 'didn't know how to turn her phone off'. By the time someone else had managed to silence the phone, the minute was up. Disrespectful much.

Also, with the money Titanium Security must be pumping in for naming rights to Titanium Security Arena, surely venue management can replace the outdated and now completely busted score cube. Having a very busy looking, barely readable, and out of sync stat sheets on the video screen just doesn't cut it.

Have to say been enjoying the season so far. Coverage on Fox has been good, but the commentary has some room for improvement.
Used to go with a friend of mine and his family when I was in school, and it saddened me to see the NBL slowly going down the gurgler. They seem to have turned it around a bit, hopefully it can continue.

Has the commentary been that bad? I think having AFL and NRL callers who are well known gives the league some cred rather than people tuning in and saying 'I have no idea who this guy calling is'

I'd personally rather hear a basketball caller who knows a bit more about the game.
It's like Andrew gaze commentating the afl - good Bloke but not his forte.
It's still pretty good imo, and the overall package is excellent

The coverage is moving to Fox Sports 3 now, so those on the basic Foxtel package will now need to upgrade to sports to continue watching the NBL.
For the purest maybe but people like Hiddo and Andrew Voss are probably the most respected callers in AFL and NRL so gives something to fans of thosr vodes that might be giving it a try.
Anyone got the average rating figures for NBL matches on Foxtel this season? The must be doing well to switch to 503 channel.
