Fantastic nbl season, for a non cricket lover like me kept me entertained over the summer, looking forward to next season. Well done to the cats thoroughly deserved it.

Cap rises to 1.1m, spend over and you have to pay a certain figure towards ther clubs who are not hitting the 1.1m cap

CG43 is a rumour as well for the Kings.
Would be pretty stacked with Goulding, Lisch and Khazzouh.

Gaze rookie coach, and if Voss/Hird have taught us anything in recent AFL times, champion players don't necessarily make champion coaches.

Its a while ago now but about this time a year ago would speak with him every week at the Melbourne Tigers VBL games and he was always claiming to be dedicated to getting them back up and about. He made it a point to go as far as suggesting that that was his sole basketball goal.

Now he's going to coach the Kings, a long time heated rival not two full years after they let one of his best friends go? I find it difficult to believe that there's any sort of motivation outside of money here.

Don't worry, he'd still be planning to get the Tigers back in the NBL. This could be a good stepping stone.

Tai Wesley confirmed for Melbourne. Melbourne yet again building a good roster on paper but time will tell if they can gel.

Wonder whether Holt or Warrick will come back.
