Apart from a couple of instances I thought Dangerfield, Selwood and Ablett were ordinary, on the other hand former Lion "practical joker" Rockliff was very good.

Ablett’s already winding down to his retirement
Geelong were a bit reminiscent of our Richmond performances.Early periods of dominance not reflected on the scoreboard coupled with poorgoalkicking.

What the experts have failed to highlight is that without Hawkins the Cats have only a part-time forward line. Gary is past it, Rohan will always go missing in the big games, Stanley is no Ratugolea and Danger will only play there in cameos because their midfield lacks depth and they can no longer rely on Selwood to dominate in there.

Am I remembering incorrectly or was there a bit of preseason hype about how he could give Harris a shake for best kpd in the comp this year? What happened to that, just blowing smoke?
Man the saints are fumbly as hell. Backline also just devoted to handballs around the dogs inside fifty as much as they can
I came here to post a similar sentiment. This game seems a decent drop-off compared to the two games so far.

I actually kind of wish I'd bought tickets to this game. It would have been good fun to go to a finals game i have no investment in after the stress and fire of last night. Bit of relaxation. Hopefully there's another at the gabba next week
