I think Sydney are also putting out a comparatively inexperienced side compared with Collingwood and Sydney's got some players who are struggling a little with form too so it seems like a golden opportunity for the Pies. Be an interesting game, I reckon.

2009 was the last time both didn't make it and before that 2002.

would love to see some new teams in the finals this year eg. lions and anyone else. realistically though it will not be us this year so the demons and saints would be the 2 newbies that could slot in this year. pies and bombers may also be chances albeit i don't want either to make it for various reasons and we are obviously death riding port big time.
