Frost is rubbish and IMO, McStay isn't a key back and Skinner is a complete unknown and could go the way of Pat Garner or Matthew Tyler.

Based on your criteria Frost is certainty for an AA nomination. Gets on the ground regularly, more than 50 games for the Pies.

Back luck about Sam Day, when his hip dislocated it took a piece of hip bone with it, major op to get it back in and repaired.

Not only his season gone could be his career. Let's hope he makes a full recovery.

They said it was like a car crash injury, I have dislocated a shoulder and that hurt like hell, a hip would be indescribable. ITB doesn't like to stretch.
