Thought I'd start a thread here to gague interest on puroresu that's not New Japan. Reply with what you watch (regularly or if you've ever watched a show/match in the last 5 years) to get discussion started.

Right now I'm following Noah and GLEAT (new shoot-style indy) pretty closely, while also watching a bit of DDT, Dragon Gate & JTO.

I watched some death match show (BJW or Freedoms) the other week, and the Chris Brookes' produced DDT Shows.

used to watch DG regularly back when Infinity was a 1 hour clipped show. Now it's a bit hard to get back into it, given the roster turn over and my unfamiliarity with the new talent. (Yoshino retiring, he's been there forever!)

But at least I have ChocoPro for enjoyment (that's more Joshi than Puro though, aside from the mixed matches).

I found a really awesome YouTube playlist that seems to be every match involving All Japan’s 4 pillars.

It might be the best playlist on YouTube.

Random observation - All Japans young boys were, for the most part, fking old!

watching some of the old AJPW tag league matches, the crowd was into Andre the Giant even though he was way past his prime (although teaming with Giant Baba helped)
