No arguments here.

Big Changes needed and if they dont happen next week we will have even less support if thats possible.

Our FF and CHF are Lindsay Thomas and Drew Petrie/Lachie Hansen.

The bits I've seen Richardson is hopeless.

Extremely Useless.

Doesn't look good for North Melbourne.

I think there are lots of Bgraders in the team that just don't have the ability to become A grade superstars. Harvey is there best player by so far at 30odd years old. When he retires could be some dark days for the club unless a few guys move in to the A grade level.

By far the worst skills in the comp. Our game today was as lackluster and as poor as I've seen for a very long time. Constantly fumbling the ball under little to no pressure, turning the ball over way too easily by foot and by hand, our mids apart from Anthony, Swallow, Wells and Adams have looked slow and lack polish and I include Zieball in this who did a few good things I admit, but as bunched the ball twice as much.

Our forward line has to be one of the worst in the comp in terms of structure, not talent. It looks good on paper with Harvey, Hanson, Thomas, Petrie and Edwards but they can't take a forward 50 grab, its frustrating too because the likes of Hanson and Petrie should be plucking them with there frame and height, but for some reason or another don't. Granted Dish has been out for a long time, but no excuse for Hanson, he has been shocking and should be dropped next week as a statement.

Full credit to Freo, not once did I think we were gonna win tonight. They had far too much class around the stoppages and a forward line that actually works. The way we played today, I expected Fremantle to win by a lot more, the score flattered us.

They'll most likely beat Richmond next week and all of a sudden be the flavour of the month again and a finals smokey - so wrong but so predictable.

I genuinely thought they would come out today and give Fremantle a real fight right until the end after all the crap they've copped in the last two weeks. But nope. Worrying signs despite the denial of some.

If there's anyone in denial then they've got more serious issues than the NMFC.

Freo would be up by 10 goals if they were more accurate.

29 points is waaaay too flattering.

Richmond will go in heavy favorites and should beat us quite comfortably on that performance. Cotchin, Martin, Edwards and Delidio have more talent in there finger tips then most of our slow, workman like midfielders.

Not sure if serious?

We're still a bottom 4 team, I rate you guys a couple of places higher but you aren't in any sort of form. That game will be close IMO.

As for North themselves, what's up with Hansen? Looked better at the end of last year. Top 3 pick now in 5th year, deserves some serious scrutiny.

Richmond will smash the Roos in the middle.

Smash them. There is nothing to like in the North engine room.

Swallow is an honest trier who was dominated by his direct opponent constantly, two cheap goals at the end added some credibility to an average performance.

Pavlich and Mundy really went to town on Swallow at various stages.

Apparently he's Norths number one mid.

I haven't caught much of North but here is what I'd do:

Hanson to FB. In my mind he's a defender and he's been played out of position because there isn't a better forward option. But sometimes you just have to cop it and put him in the position he can play well in.

Grima at CHB is a gun. Tarrant and Thompson out. Get some skills/speed/youth into a backline that is too tall and unskilled.

Get Warren back in at lead up CHF if he's in form. Get Petrie fired up somehow! Probably stick with Aaron Edwards for the time being but look to bring someone in quickly as a long term forward prospect.

The young midfield just has to be persevered with. Yes it lacks class but that doesn't matter if they are winning the ball and working harder than the other side.

Scott has to stick to his plan (if he has one). Melbourne are having similar troubles we've just been lucky to work really hard for a draw against the swans and then play the QLD sides. A bit of wet weather would help North out as well I'd think.
