lol you just won a premiership and youre still salty cause youve beaten us maybe 10% of meetings over the last 5 years.
That's enormously sad.
Everything about you screams bandwagon fan.
OK fair enough, but I would say the difference isn't so great as to only focus on North and not other sides.
Get over it Bear. If you're going to whine constantly, at least make it interesting.Well this turned into the predictable troll fest.
Went from: They are shit and will be for a long time
To: Let's relocate them to Tasmania
**** I hate off season.
Don't change.True, I think your argument in relation to Bulldogs and Saints is probably valid. I'm also not suggesting that Melbourne is some sort of powerhouse like Ess/Coll/Rich.
Thankfully we all get to watch an annual Sydney choke in finals insteadThey are the VHS of the AFL , no one watches them anymore
Imagine training and playing your home games through Tasmania's winter whilst up in Sydney and Qld they're training all winter in T shirts and sunnies. No one would choose to play for a Tasmanian side that wasn't a local, others would be heading North asap!Moving to Tasmania is a laughable idea. Ignoring that it would be financial suicide and that the club would only survive on obscenely large government and AFL hand-outs (that would eventually get turned off when it became apparent what a waste of money it would be), it would end any hope the club ever has of playing finals again.
In a market where player movement is becoming less restricted and players have more power determining where they want to be, the team based in the least desirable city in Australia has absolutely no hope of attracting anyone other than the desperate scraps not good enough to play anywhere else. Every high draft pick would serve their prison sentence in Tasmania for a couple of years and then get the hell out of there the moment they could.
A Tasmanian team would need the mother of all Cola's just to keep what they have.Imagine training and playing your home games through Tasmania's winter whilst up in Sydney and Qld they're training all winter in T shirts and sunnies. Original at least.never should have been created. vfl should have stuck with the original 8. They didn't so AFL should've pruned it back to that. then we could have 14 teams and a true home and away season, including a tassie team given fitzroys death and souths move north. six original vic teams, two from nsw, wa, sa, one from tassie, one from qld. perfect.
The list is better than most think. It's obvious that North now find themselves in the position of having a poor quality list and the wrong people in charge.
It's very apparent that Cam Joyce is simply out of his depth as GM of football.
One could just see him bunkered down in the basement at Arden st during the trade period in a darkened room full of white boards just waiting for the phone to ring. (But never did)
That combined with having a coach that isn't rated by many in the industry all contribute to a decade of misery coming up for the Roos.
Will North survive?
Probably - but their future is by no means set in stone.
