The way things like this sometimes work, is that it’s some businessperson who is giving a “money can’t buy” experience to their valued team at work either as a reward or as an incentive or as a retention tactic. (Yeah, money did buy it, but the staff attending wouldn’t have been able to obtain it). Dunno how any FBT implications get handled in those cases.

They could have done that but the rating I believe is simply based on current ladder position so I guess breaking it down to smaller blocks allows for a little more relevancy when they presumably do it again prior to round 21.

The saliva would quickly turn to bile if we beat the crap out of them and send them crashing out of the finals series. That would be funny as, too, but the pre-emptive chest beating leading up to their inevitable demise still has me choosing them missing finals altogether over this.
