if any of the ginni fans are lamenting the passing of their hero, they should just have a look at melbourne. It's great to support a view that the ginni needs to run free, but sports writers have a designated goal of using anything and everything to bring a club down and the gradual disintegration of melbourne is an example to me. When one takes drugs, they all take drugs. When one goes to the races to destress, they all go out....etc etc. And the city of melbourne has about 3 million people just itching to be famous and rabid to call SEN or channel 7 and spill their guts about what they're seen. It's a war and often there is collateral damage and even the innocent get hurt. Sorry, but I've been programmed with that comment in the last few weeks.

Seriously?!? Has this individual been living under a rock for the last 10 years? A fart being let rip by anyone associated with Collingwood makes headlines for days, a snail meandering across the footpath outside the entrance of the building will have news crews and a reporter doing a live cross.
Nice to see some heat being applied elsewhere for a change.That pathetic club is imploding and they canāt cover it up anymore. Oliver and his ācomplex, sensitive issuesā (thatās a creative euphemism if there ever was one), gameday positive illicit drug result, punch ons between team mates, publicly trash talking opposition teams, straight sets finals exit 2 years running, complaints about the coachās behaviour and bullying ā¦ the list goes on and on. But you know, culture and standards.

AFLW has some big issues right now. The fact that expansion clubs could come in and plunder existing teams stars with better contracts and terms is a joke. Western bulldogs won the flag not long ago now are bottom of the ladder having all their good players stolen for nothing. Pies lost one of the best forward of the ball players in the comp in Chloe Molloy for nothing. Needs to be sorted out

Bruzzys smother was their most effective forward in that Qualifying Final. It contributed half their first half score. They should have tried to recruit it play full forward.
I can't believe the coach has not spoken to Smith. That is ridiculous. I would be disgusted if I was a supporter and heard that straight from the coach who announced it as though it was a source of pride and proof of his support of the club's culture!
The first point is the one that seems to have escaped the media, direct contradiction.
Love the Demons though, they keep me entertained during the off season, may they keep on giving.

Fly would speak to a player privately, mention they discussed it calmly, and the rest would be kept in house.
That's pretty much how he handled Ginnivan's indiscretion.

Not sure that the first point escaped the media. I'm more in the camp that the AFL have 'educated' well the authorised AFL media and they 'know' not to ask or raise the issue. Of course, that speaks more to my overwhelming belief that there are no independent or truly inquisitive journalists or reporters anymore, they are more like propagandists for their masters. You need to be accredited to get into any press conference these days which says all you need to know about 'journalism'.
