Yes/no.... kids of yesteryear could be very full on, hard and extreme. I think 'kids' of today are much more mature and balanced.

I have had a couple of jobs that the contract had clauses re the company and behaviour, not bringing it into disrepute.

Not knowing any real detail as to what went on and why it has become public, we don't know if there may be more than just a bit of fun.

Players know that they represent their club (AFL) and are responsible for actions that may have consequences.

They can approach their Player Association if they believe they have been wronged.

Companies can put anything in your contract, doesn't mean it will mean anything in a court room.

I would imagine very large fines for "not showing leadership" would be laughed at by any judge, completely beyond the powers any employer should have.

I’m gonna probably offend here but I’m gonna say, if you’re prone to be offended or sensitive to the antics that you’ll get from drunk young men, then I would say you’re in the wrong line of business working in a bar

This sort of shit has been happening on footy trips, Mad Mondays forever. Remember the St Kilda photos? I'm pretty sure drunk blokes acting like idiots in front of their mates doesn't mean they are condoning or thinking of doing any of this crap in reality

No he's not being suspended. Only those who partook in skits the AFL has found inappropriate & offensive were suspended.

Harry was fined as part of the leadership group for not stopping it.
