I was going to say Darren Glass, but speaking is a prerequisite.
I'll keep my responses brief so as to be able to include all of you clowns:
Essendon - are you serious? Matty Lloyd speaks like an inbred. Has the intelligence of a plank of wood.
WCE - he did captain you blokes to a flag, so he can't be too bad!
Collingwood - LOL. Nafan Buckely? Tony Shaw? Both highly articulate orators....NOT!
Melbourne - Hahahaha.....David Neitz. The guy speaks like he has been sucking helium or maybe his balls haven't dropped yet. Total imbecile.

Judd was just a cardboard cut out captain for WCE in 2006. Ben Cousins was the real leader on the field. Judd said so himself.
how would any one on here know how good he would be at motivational speaking? because of press interviews?
if thats the case, you could say pretty much every coach would suck at motivational speaking.. most of them as plain as on tv, but i'm sure it would be a different situation behind closed doors..

Not really.
That's the beauty. Their chosen leader shows he cares about nothing more than maximising his income. The up and coming kids know that no matter how well they do, they can never earn their fair share because Judd is taking it all.
So they'll follow his example and only care about the money leading to one of two things.
1. They'll won't reach their potential because they realise they will be paid the same amount for half the effort. Due to lack of room in the cap.
2. They'll become absolute stars and whore themselves out elsewhere to earn top dollar, the Judd way.
They reckon this bloke goes alright
