Some pretty sh*t drafting in hindsight.
Howie can make a deal but identifying tallent he has proven to be mediocre.
Had a look at Howie's record over the early rounds, pass marks on around 50% of those picks I reckon with JJAW & Dillard still unknowns. Can't draft a CB to save himself though with Rowe maybe just scraping in for a pass. To his credit though, I think many around the league would be more than happy if they could boast his record.
