The Pies have not lost two games in a row this year, and are the only team that can boast that stat. Even Geelong dropped two in a row. The Pies ability to bounce back after a loss is magnificent.

i think we are much better than people realise..
- i do not recall a game where we have have completely domintated from start to finish. (i might be wrong- i was on my honeymoon for 5 weeks so i missed a bit of footy.
-we have been infront in games only 47% of the time...
-we still have not had clement, bucks(if still possible), shawry and others play regularly and and in form...
-rocca has not been as good as he can( although he has been servicable)
-didak is still searching for form...
-we still arent using the coridoor as much as we can..
if we can iron out some problems we will win the flag...

We are playing good footy, no doubt about that.
Just because we got smashed one game people think we are crap, WTF?
What about all the other games, we gave Geelong a run, we beat the Kangaroos, also gave West Coast and Hawthorn a run for their money.
Opposition supporters dont look at the big picture, all they think is, Collingwood got beaten by 93 points, thats it

Correct fellas,we have what it takes to shake the top 4 and become premiers.It would have been more concrete if we had a top line ruckman.
Also i get a little annoyed at opposition supporters who think that we aren't that good becuase we haven't actually put teams away this year.

Opposition suporters will always be selective in what they remember of Collingwood, its just jealousy at the fact that even if their team went through unbeaten, won the flag, won 10 straight whatever, THEY'RE STILL NOT COLLINGWOOD!

I agree that the pies are a good side, but last week wasn't a loss. It was a monster loss. Top sides don't put in performances like that. It was a bit of a worry.

There is never an excuse for a professional football side to be belted by 15 goals.
Yes the eagles had good players out against Port but they still had many premiership 'heroes' that were smashed from go to whoa, then a win against sydney with injury concerns of their own and a mauling of a small, undermanned dogs and all of a sudden they're the best going around again... it's a fickle game.
Collingwood is a good side and I just hope that they can give us an 'on field' apology tomorrow afternoon, because as I said there is never an excuse for going down by 15 goals, especially on your home turf!
