I'd be interested to see how all the people on BF have rated the players so far this season. And being at the half way mark to get your top 10 or even rank the whole list!!

I've been off travelling and really haven't seen much of the last 5 or 6 rounds so would be grateful for all your imput

Interesting question.

I have gone with their effect during games:

1. Simmo
2. Brown
3. Harro
4. Colbert
5. Makepeace
6. Brady
7. Stevo
8. Wells
9. Grant
10. Boomer

Tough one to judge. The last 3 have probably been a bit inconsistent but have had sparks during games that elevate them.

It is tough, but Harvey has to be up there behind Harro IMO. He should be no.1, but that is another thread.

Makepeace gets caned too often IMO.

Boomer loses votes due to his poor defensive side and several weeks of having virtually no effect.

Skull hasn't been great, but very good. The top 4 with perhaps Brady have been the most consistent this year and coupled with their influence being high, that is why they are there. Boomer may have the ability, but he hasn't applied it much this year.

Yeah I know I had to shove some guys in further down then I would have liked cos I forgot them. The list I put together was pretty much rushed.

I don't reckon you can put shagga in the top ten, he started the year well but hasn't perform anywhere near his best since then. The way I rated the top ten was to put the players performance this year up against their proven talent/expectations. Grant and Harvey should be in our top three players but they have consistently been putting in below par performances. While Grant has been playing ok, he could be so much better.
