Judge Boasberg says he wants the government to tell him by noon on Tuesday exactly what time it believes his order stopping the deportation flights went into effect on Saturday. He also wants to know how many people could in theory be covered by President Trump’s effort to use an obscure wartime law to remove immigrants from the United States with little or no due process.
