I agree with this.I have heard from a couple of reputable sources that ankle strapping puts more stress through the knee and can increase the likelihood of serious knee injuries...
Can you just not watch from the community oval?
Not as poor as your trolling efforts.
Sliding doors moment. It’s up there with laconic as far as nonensical footyisms go. Except at least laconic is a word - under notice means absolutely nothing.

Not how to read this but Bailey Williams losing his spot to a jumping bag isn’t a great sign going into 23

Write up in the West from Woodcock which hasn’t been paywalled
This snippet was the most interesting for me
“Ruckman Callum Jamieson swapped teams to play alongside Jack Darling and Allen as the third tall and couldn’t have been more impressive.
The 22-year-old threw himself into several contests and led strongly, before eventually being rewarded with a goal of his own.”
It really is a coin toss between him and Williams as second ruck at the moment
The poindexter finds the ball so heavy it's making him slouch to one side.
Legs are to scale
Personally I didn’t notice him as much, but I was on the other side of the oval to where the journos were.A bit of discrepancy in coverage of Ginbey in today’s match sim. Steve Allen saying he’s “impressive” and a “bull”, but I think it was Duff’s article where he said he was quiet.

Was Culley on that team?Personally I didn’t notice him as much, but I was on the other side of the oval to where the journos were.
Main thing I noted was that in the last term when the first choice mids were all on the same team, he was on their team.
The Witherden comment is weird. Not that i am necessarily a big fan of Witherden, but that kind of semi negative comment might be OK coming from the media itself when a player plays poorly, but i don't think the club's media department itself should be saying things like that about individual players. Especially a non - senior player, in fact a fringe player, fighting for his career and who is probably low on confidence as it is.Training report: Eagles take next step in prep
West Coast edged closer to competitive games with another match simulation hit-out on Fridaywww.westcoasteagles.com.au

I think you have half of this right. This is what I mean when I say At least Jamo is competitive. He tries to be involved in the game with repeat efforts. Jamo doesn’t have the the athletic abilities or talent of Williams but his work rate is whats needed. Would actually help our talls a lot if he can produce this sort of role
