He was from the same era and cohort as Alan Bond and Christopher Skase (Pixie offered me a pilot job early on. Lucky I couldn't take it).
They were all alike.

Shame Ginbey is out of todays match. Was one I was most looking forward to seeing effort and skills vs. a real team.
Still enough (Long etc.) to keep me interested, but just takes a bit of shine off.
