Eh?Now I'm sad. You haven't been listening
Reckon he plays because as stated somewhere recently (Can't friggin remember where)Have you had a listen to Zac Merrett's after game interview (3mins worth)? Mentions Cox in one of his comments in a very positive way. Can't remember the comments exactly but it made me think that Cox was pretty safe in the team. Could be wrong but the video is on Bombers web page if you want to check it out.
Really liking Martin. Hope he gets a gig
Just having fun
Will do...Maybe Cutler is a fringe player. It's hard to squeeze them all in. Pity he is not a gun x factor small forward because that is something we really need.Have you had a listen to Zac Merrett's after game interview (3mins worth)? Was listening to SEN and Gazey has the mail that Walsh is returning to full training tomorrow and a big chance for round 1. Reliable source apparently.Carlton didn't get Hewett to tag. They already had Curnow for that. Everything he's done in preseason, from training to matches, indicates he and the team are attacking. I see him averaging 100+ while Walsh is out and 90-95 when Walsh is full speed. Year average of 92-97. Great value at 400k when so few rookies are available there.
Crisp + Hewett, or Ridley + Sicily Guardian Hawk ?I don't see what others do here.
Since switching to defence 4 seasons ago, Sicily lowest average is 94. Hewett's highest season average in his 8 year career is 88, with a next best of 78. Sicily is priced low due to his ACL. Hewett is priced low because he averaged 73 last season. I get he has switched clubs and roles, but he's played mid before and I worry it will be another Zac Williams or countless others before him. At least Sicily has done it before and done so consistently. Hewett seems much more of a maybe.
If Hartigan is named round 1, Sicily is locked in for me, brain fades and all.
Great idea. All we need now is a defensive rookieJust imo but Chapman is a terrible pick. Take a rookie and upgrade somewhere else, or keep the cash. Second year players aren't worth the risk, no matter how good they look in two preseason games against a team that might win the spoon.
Do you already have Short?Crisp + Hewett, or Ridley + Sicily Guardian Hawk ?
Don't quote me but I have a feeling he kicked a number of goals for his team in the west last yearWill do...Maybe Cutler is a fringe player. It's hard to squeeze them all in. Pity he is not a gun x factor small forward because that is something we really need.
Apparently led his club.Don't quote me but I have a feeling he kicked a number of goals for his team in the west last year
Mrs OA does.Do you already have Short?
I mean I think both are alright short term, Chapman for a bit longer, if picked. But can see a side like this
B: Ryan, Pearce, Logue
HB: Wilson, Cox, Aish
C: Clark, Brayshaw, Young
HF: Colyer, Taberner, Schultz
F: Walters, Lobb, Frederick
Foll: Darcy, Serong, Fyfe
Bench: Mundy, Henry, Acres, Treacy
Emerg: Brodie, Switkowski, Chapman, Banfield, Crowden
Wilson a shoulder scan wait - but Clark or Young could play half back and Crowden or Banfield could come in, some shuffling required etc.
Longmuir sounded more positive about Chapman, less positive about Brodie. F5 is a dick of a spot.
rid and sic all the way surelyCrisp + Hewett, or Ridley + Sicily Guardian Hawk ?
i just did it for my draft team and im screwed there. classic im alright. it always helped having nicnat as my pod because of byes alsoAfter all the changes and settling on structure has anyone revisited their bye situation. I just have and wish I hadn’t.
Bloody strong side when CD elite Ziggy is named as an emergency...I mean I think both are alright short term, Chapman for a bit longer, if picked. But can see a side like this

All good mate, I was trying to continue the joke of not listening.Just having fun
I've made a few comments on the Bombers "new" setup now that they - apparently - have so many midfielders. Easy to miss
We did this discussion while you were napping Jisk, keep upGreat idea. All we need now is a defensive rookie

Assuming you have a premo at D4 - McCartin, Sinn, SdK, Boyd, Gibcus, Hinge all looking likely. Kemp possibly. I haven't seen your team so don't know which you have, but there are a few options.
Chapman priced at 56 means one bad score (30 or 40) kills his cash gen. A bad score early and he might lose money. Even if he averages 80 he's barely getting to $400k, and that could take months. You're either picking players to be keepers, or make money. Not players priced at 56 to average 60 something.
Aish WTF?????
