just watched that Rotham video and the guy looks very skinny. We might have to a be bit patient with him and might take a few years in the gym for him to get a body thats AFL ready. Hopefully he does a Barrass and goes from a pin to jacked in a couple of preseasons. Im interested to see where he plays, with an abundance of flankers and wingmen, i wouldn't mind seeing us develop him into a 2nd/3rd tall. Barrass, Gov and Rotham could be a good trio in a few year and bring 3 different strengths to our defence but most improtantly Rotham seems to have be a another great intercept mark.

Below mocked up our back six of the future and it seems pretty solid already and could have guys like Yeo,Duggan and Watson rollling through there as well. My negative is lack of speed with only Cole the only one there possessing genuine pace. I know Rotham's quick but if he is to be developed to be a KPD, he would lose his a bit of pace.
FB Sheppard Barrass Rotham
HB Cole McGovern Nelson

Shep is quick.

Speed doesn't make up for being shit !
Huh?

Sheppard has been one of our most reliable defenders the last 2 years and one of the better half backs in the league

Big night?

Oh no wait, this is your normal style of posting. Carry on.
Either it was an absolutely grotesque attempt at bantering me as i am Sheptembers sponsor or he is a hard troll.

Good luck to the forward line playing under Graham.Zero communication skills, worst coach in the AFL.They had to get him out of East Perth or they were going to have a player revolt.Job for the boys bas decision.

No club does jobs for the boys like WCE.

Ok then, this is how I see him...he is a half back flanker for a reason. If he had genuine grunt he would be in the midfield for his size but he is the kind of player that's ok until a better prospect comes along, lets be honest he aint no Barrass and he doesn't even compare to what Wirrpunda gave us in the backline. He might be going into my new shit-truck list of players we need to move on, now its looking like Mastobator is on the outer :)

So you've just compared him to a KPD and the best back pocket in our history

There's some issues with our side no doubt but Sheppard isn't one of them

And him not being a midfielder is irrelevant when he's shown he can play good football as a defender. Wirrapanda wasn't much of a mid either for the record

You've made your original post look good when compared to this diatribe.

Amazing effort.

On a more serious note, does anyone know if the boys are training tomorrow? Nothing has been posted on the website. I've gathered they train every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at wembley but not sure if public can watch if it's not an O.T.S

I'd be almost certain they'll be training at Wembley tomorrow although they usually start at 9.40 on Mondays rather than 9.00

There's no fencing at Wembley so anyone can watch if they want - it baffles me why they don't just drop the pretence of saying it's not an open training session as it serves no purpose.
