Curtis Taylor has stood out to me… i see a lot of potential in him at only 24, could see him in our forward line for years to come.

I wonder if we have locked him in as a MSD option? I don’t think we have an open list spot currently so I’m not sure how that would happen. Hopefully he goes well in the VFL.

Though he is trying to get back on a AFL List so he be Trying his Hardest

Thats why we can't play them all. If Membrey is to be included, a forward or 2nd ruck needs to be sacrificed.

If history is any guide, it'll be Mase. He has only once played every game in a season (2018). Since then, it's been 14, 11, 7, 18, 19 and 16, missing games through injury / form.

I'm quite bullish about this year - last year we missed the 8 by percentage. We had 2 draws - win one of those and we're in the 8. We beat Brisbane x2 last year.

To be fair.....he absolutely should have won goal of the year last year.
Repeat efforts, tight corner and executed the decision.
Just ridiculous that in terms of displaying multiple skills the game demands, that didn't win it.

The one that won it was so inspiring and memorable....i can't even remember it!
I just know Taylor didn't win it.

It’s a neat narrative but Lipinski played most of his games that season with Treloar and spent most of his VFL time when Treloar was injured.

I never said it was the reason but it may have contributed to his perception of future opportunities being more promising elsewhere.

When you’re struggling for opportunities and then a big name joins the club and pushes you further back in the pecking order, it’s time to review. He played 12 games, four of them were as sub, and two of them were as an unused sub. He also played zero finals and in fact only one full game after round 11
