Kicks goals too.I’d like to know how bad his injury effected his ranking because Simpson seems to be:
- Explosive
- Ok size
- Natural footballer (his ability to hit the drop of the ball at pace seems ridiculous)
- Fantastic character
He’s going to be one of my favourites I reckon
He’s listed at 182cm and he seems at least that tall to me, maybe he’s grown. Not really any issues with 180+ mids I don’t think as you said about McKercher. I’m probably getting ahead of myself on him and I think I don’t rate production as high as I shouldI'd say height and a heavy weighting on the injury made him slide
Pretty small for a midfielder nowadays, then again rogers went top 15 (Mckercher at 2 too but he looked the best player in the draft bar Reid)
Ahahaha heh heh....Me “patiently” waiting for The Vid God to upload the video
I’m joking mate, whenever it gets there it gets thereAhahaha heh heh....
Still uploading lol. My internet sucks comparatively.
I think while that's still happening I might try and set up a livestream to it to sate that desire
Cooking some hot dogs right now but I'll post a link somewhere between 7:30 and 8
Pretty much a six footer and too small for the midfield. Things have changed. He’s listed at 182cm and he seems at least that tall to me, maybe he’s grown. Retro green cap and number 6 give it away. Great chase considering it would’ve been pretty hot at that point and it was last Q.
Heheheh yeah I know but I'D like it uploaded now too.I’m joking mate, whenever it gets there it gets there
He leads up to the kicker well and when he kicks for goal he kicks through the ball strongly and accurately. He is a solid unit too.In all seriousness what would you add to their observations?
What are the strengths of Voss? I really like the idea of adding a player who fills a third tall forward role who has good pace on the lead but can tackle well.
We don’t need three inside mids though and the pace is worry with basically everyone outside Brayshaw and maybe Johnson. Between Darcy and Jackson and then two of the bigger / stronger mids that’s more than enough contested ball winning so long as they are structured correctly

You reckon if Brodie keeps up this form we move Brayshaw to one of the wings and have Brodie on the fat side wing?
Brodie, Fyfe, Serong, Johnson, Jackson and Darcy in the guts.
Erasmus/JOM hff who can pinch hit if required and possibly sub duties.
Brayshaw and Sharp on the wings.
Thanks for response. Ive only seen him train once where he impressed me with his mobility. He leads up to the kicker well and when he kicks for goal he kicks through the ball strongly and accurately. He is a solid unit too.
I didn’t see him tackle today , that’s not to say he didn’t, just that it was often very hard to make out different players. He is definitely tall enough for the third tall role .
What his pace and agility I honestly can’t tell based on today.
Literally 0% chance.I reckon the re-emergence of Brodie and injury to Chapman is more likely to see Young back to the backline

Hopefully they don't tunnel the dude. That would be horrificThank you to everyone who's posting videos, comments, and pics.
I've realized my excitement for Dogga is off the charts. As I was watching the highlights, every time he touched the ball, I got freaking excited. I think he's going to be the difference maker this year (assuming Darcy stays healthy) as our forward/ruck. He'll have to draw the #1 tall, which means Amiss and JT get the sloppy seconds and thirds. Amiss to kick 50+ goals this year, with Jackson north of 40. I also think he'll be key up the ground in our transition from defense.
How the f*** will teams defend this? Maybe the defenders could stand on each other's shoulders... Seriously, if this doesn't get you up and about, you need to check your pulse! My man crush is full on for this guy.

If he can grow a few cms/have a late growth spurt it may one of our second round picks in years.I’d like to know how bad his injury effected his ranking because Simpson seems to be:

He wasn’t playing as the extractor, Will Brodie was. What a silly comment. He won the MVP for the entire competition in 2022 playing that role!
Good to know that the 18 AFL Coaches from 2022 all don’t have eyes.
Andy was playing inside mid, which was your initial commentHe wasn’t playing as the extractor, Will Brodie was. What a silly comment.
We got absolutely belted every time AB was the main guy at CBA. As demonstrated again at today’s match sim.Andy was playing inside mid, which was your initial comment
He attended 76% of CBA's in that season (our highest)
I was thinking this, a little Oscar Allen style late growth on him would be glorious. If he can grow a few cms/have a late growth spurt it may one of our second round picks in years.
I’m my mind there are 3 distinct roles when playing “inside mid”We got absolutely belted every time AB was the main guy at CBA. As demonstrated again at today’s match sim.
Yep.Where is the love for Freddy this preseason? It looks like he has taken some serious leaps and is about to finally have that elusive breakout season. Now we just need Sturt to get his s**t together.
