I'm also surprised by the gains Stanley has put on already. Those shoulders are ridiculous. I am equally in awe of Walker who is now an absolute ******* weapon

I reckon we pulled a rabbit out of the hat with Stanley, I think he's not just going to be B22, but will become one of our top 12 players. Just a natural footballer and athlete who took a bit longer than others to pull his finger out. Now he has, he's progressing at a ridiculous rate.

Love how the AFL community give us no chance making finals next year.

It was that Sydney loss. We dominated that 2nd half. From that game on we played attractive, attacking footy.


My issue with the club is trading/drafting. Just make silly mistakes and always have.

I am excited that Jlo is ooc cause he’ll be doing everything in his power to get us playing at our best. He got a bit too comfortable last off season.

What pisses me off is we waited too long to make on field/tactical changes. That Sydney game was rd 19? Just had to be sooner.

What if we play attacking footy and are losing

It's a fair question, but I don't see it happening.

Obviously it's not all about taking crazy risks and playing helter skelter footy, while paying no attention to our defensive structures.

I'm just of the belief that this list is packed with potential and will have the ability to dictate how our games are played against most teams in the comp, as long as we show an aggressive and attacking playing style.

This has only happened in spits and spats thus far due to our age profile and the coaching group finding their feet.

It's why next season is so critical. And why it's quite possible that the success of JL's coaching career will defined by it.

He must be aware of the online interest in this. It's getting statistically significant now. The odds of an average human having attended 9 Summer training sessions hatless would be miniscule. We need an external inquiry

Of course captains, just like other players can panic under pressure.

Pearce is a slow starter, has been his whole career, I have been saying it for years. He is panicky early and sometimes late will make poor decisions under pressure.

He is our Tristan Thompson. Opponents should play in a manner that lets him get the ball. Of our back six at any time he is the last person we want with the ball. Has he at times been a brilliant stopper? Yes. He was that in a couple of games last season. We need him to get that back again, I would love it.

Think AP needs to be a goal a game better defensively than someone to justify his spot. Have to factor in not only ball distribution but the fact that the zone can come in and tighten up. It's like an NBA player not being able to shoot. Yeah have to be elite at other stuff to compensate for the floor spacing you're costing your team
