The board and more so CEO B. Gale and the whole Football department have performed poorly. Firstly, B. Gale has not found a major sponsor. I believe a club as big as Richmond should be able to attract!
Secondly, he sells Richmond home games to the AFL. No brainer, the AFL will not say no, promote the game, good for footy! Disclaimer, the AFL don't give a shit about Richmond.
Thirdly, B. gale goes to the fans for money, to erase part of the debt.
My point, our CEO is not working hard enough to find funds where we don't need to sell home games and ask on the fans to put above of what they are already putting (membership).
Our players are the same, don't want to work hard enough. It's our culture!
