At least power won't play himself in place of a young kid aka simsy.
Big loss for Centrals losing Richardson. Would have been almost down to 1 point now. Corredig was only an OK player in this comp.
Riddell have got some handy ins from Gisborne with Sonogan and Tim Walsh the stand outs. Tim Walsh is a very good defender. Marks everything and will be a very good player in this comp. Ben Said coming across from Sunbury too. Lost a few with Darby the biggest one at this stage.

Good too see a young bloke having a go at a higher level.Too many these days are happy to stay in their comfort zone.I wish him well and reckon he can be a good vfl player.A bit more muscle and strength on him will only help.

You mean to tell me there are still young blokes out there driven by a standard? A lot of the young fella's around Darbs' age think they're worth $$$ and some don't even have a footy resume. Good on the lad, he's a beauty and whatever he learns whilst away I'm sure the Riddell club will benefit greatly from down the track

Skip Bray to coach and Pres this year???that's gunna make a good half year appraisal with himself!
Surely a president steps up, after all the inroads made this year Skip deserves to see the job thru onfield, but yeh guess he can't be sacked or undermined if he does in fact have to wear both hats after Xmas

Well said Doona. Play at the highest level you can and the rewards will come if you succeed. At the minimum give it a crack and challenge yourself. You can always go back to local and chase money if you wish, but at least you won't have any regrets in later years..

i should correct my self, 14 players will leave. Committee needs an overhaul, players arent happy. rockbank will struggle to win a game next year
