Media Ready for GOLD as #33 returns to ESH

May 28th 2023 East Side finished the season on a high beating the Roys 113-100
however #33 didn't feel like a winner as something was eating away at him for close
to 2 years




All the way back to August 1st 2021 at the Sweet Olympics 1 not only was #33 carrying
Chipmunk in the Cycling Pairs event he was caught up in a crash on the descent





The crash was caused by brucetiki who we really can't blame him for his bike failing him on the hill





Too much time was lost for #33 in repairing his bike

and as watched from the top of the hill his dreams were crushed, MannumPower did a Bradbury and claimed GOLD
for the Swamprats ​

Nevermind, U2tigers had a hard time getting up Mount Buller the 2nd time but still gets the Bronze. StFly came flying up the mountain to just pip him for Silver but it's MannumPower who seemingly comes out of nowhere to grab the Gold for the Swamprats.

For the next 2 years he knew there had to point we're he had to put himself first and that was after that
final game against the Roys

It gave #33 1 year to shelf his qooty boots and head off on his bike in his quest for Sweet Olympic GOLD


Training was tough but he was focused and knew nothing comes easy, unless you were
MannumPower in 2021



Day after day, Hill Climb after hill climb




He was ready, training completed and with the announcement from FootyGuy13 for Sweet Games of the II Olympiad
he made a call out to por_please_ya and I and he wanted to make announcement of his own
