What was A Condon's nickname guys probably haven't spelt it right but he was a gun & wore the famous 3??

.

Heard him called “Sheath”

I agree with Oogac that Thommo was also known as Arab, but suspect this was a secondary nickname

Also heard Everitt called Parker (aka Peter Parker)

Whitecross : Swiss

And whilst not official, I think Michael Osborne has a resemblance to Tintin

Cheers

Jesus Shoenmakers has some size about him.

I saw a photo of Jack Watts the other day and he's no where near as impressive.

All the best for 2010

Franklin = Emu (AC's a good enough source for me)
McGlynn = Hoops (courtesy of Vanders)
Kaylor-Thompson = Katie (K-T)

Maybe not players/coaching, but...

Roughead = Smoov. (or Smooth)
Savage = Macho Man.....
Taylor = Tall Jars (he's just a tall Darren Jarman)
Tuck = Audi (TT)

Pretty sure the MMM boys made up this nickname because they used to say him and Roughy would destroy the nightclubs together - being 2 sexy blokes.

Close I think. Sadly for X, i think the MMM boys refer to him as the 'Night club specialist" as he is a bit less than desirable, and they feel he can only pull in the dark corners of a night club. Pretty funny when they go on about it though....poor X...

BTW, I call Renouf "The Roof" because it rhymes with Renouf, he's tall, and because of the whole "The Roof is on Fire!" song. Sounds mean now, but I'm sure it will take on a different slant later on in the season.;)

"Bill" Clinton Young or "Likes em" Young
Grant "the Gooch" Birchall
"Tavis Truck"
Shane "Randy" Savage
Brad "Too Strong" Sewell
Campbell "Brown Dog"
Cyril "Rissole" Rioli
Xavier "Eggy" Ellis

Mark Williams was known by the playing group as "Choco" due to his namesake at Port.

Although my previous suggestion for Moss is unsubstantiated, I can confirm the playing group know him as "Mossy" (that's what they were yelling at him during the game at Ballarat).

Taylor Duryea is "Doc" The younger players called him that after the rapper Dr Dre. I think if you pronounce the surname lazily as we aussies often do, then it sounds like Dre hence Doc. It now seems to have stuck and extended to most at the club. My Dad was speaking to a property steward and thats what he called him as well.
