The club really is unprofessional that's the problem. People with money have to much say and the culture stinks. When we didn't put our support behind same sex marriage I knew that our club lacked professionalism. The same when we sacked Ratten, and when we let Betts, Garlett and Touhy leave. There's just no captain at the club setting standards like at Richmond.
