When you base your entire midfield around contested ball, how can you not dominate the 17th team in this area?

I legitimately don’t understand.

Our midfield has been worked out. The opposition are coached to not be concerned about us getting first hands on the ball and rely on pressure or our turnover handball to cough it up.
