ROOKIE ELIGIBILITY?? AGE Cut Off Date??

Does anybody know what the age cut-off date is for Rookies? ie 31st December 1987 or day of Rookie Draft 13th December 1987??

Anyone born in 1983,1984,1985,1986 and 1987.

Cool, so if you are born those years it means you are eligible. Is the last cut off date December 31st 87? I've heard from a Management Company up here in Brisbane that because Forsyth from Brisbane was promised 2 years, they'll be re signing him on their Rookie List. They delisted him because of the salary cap, which means that Brisbane will only be looking for 3 Rookies.
