Allen would ultimately take Darling's spot eventually anyway. Ideally Waterman is still the third tall with Williams up forward, if that's what we're working towards.

Biggest lesson here is to be patient. People were claiming we have no top line talent, no mid-tier players to support, etc past couple of years.

You inject some new talent into the club along with off field changes and all of a sudden, senior players are back to their best, mid tier players step up and become consistent which both allows the youth to flourish.
