I want Frost to go to Mason Cox, is better equipped athletically to deal with the height disadvantage and leaves McDonald with a lesser assignment and ability to kill contests and help out.

So what great traditions do people have for our grand final day? I generally have a decent breakfast involving eggs and bacon to build energy and as a kind of preemptive soak up latter excess plan. And I look forward to this match because I get to go as a guest of a MCC member, so head out super early to take up a good position at the Frank Grey Smith Bar, where we drink beers and watch Hogan wander moodily around and try and work out who Frank Grey Smith is. Last time I fell down some stairs and dropped a meat pie and then I got lost and couldn't find my way back to my seat so joined in with another party for some shouting. But I don't want to script it too much so the experience remains fresh. This time I have advance cooked some chilli for post game so I don't rely totally on fried eggs plus 14 beers for the day's nutrition.

I am going to wear my new socks because I just bought them so they don't know the scars of a loss at this point. And I'm pretty sure my trainers are cleanskins, so I'm confident that I won't jinx anything via my footwear choices.

Bugg to Sidebottom, don't tag anyone else

If Frost goes to Hogan we need to isolate that matchup inside 50, Frost is a hack and will get monstered (Providing the umpires pay the frees to Hogan when he inevitably gets scragged, last year on QB he got scragged all day for no reward). I'm very confident we can win as the only way I see us losing is either an Essendon esque performance or Pendles/Sidebottom/Treloar all have a day out.

Well it feels like I post the same thing every time we have a game when we're favoured to win - but we must win this week.

We stuffed the Dons game, the Saints game and, let's be honest, the Port game too. Not that we should have won all three of them, but definitely at least one if not two.

Can we have a big first quarter like last time please?

Any chance the GA tickets will sell out/should I get reserved? $60 for a reserved instead of the $25 walk up is a fair difference!
