Yeah, shocking to suggest that someone who has averaged 65 since coming back into the team after building up his tank in the VFL earlier in the season could score 10 more points with more midfield time.

18, 24 (Most of any Carlton player) and 18 disposals since his return. Kicks more than he handballs. Plenty of positive aspects to his game that could translate into a decent SC score if he hits targets.
What I'm seeing, is Setters building his game and confidence under Teague .....could start averaging 75 from here

Bloody hope Bewley makes the final cut. If he's dropped today we won't see him for a while. Freo will win well against the Blues at home.

Think he will be dropped though :(

McCarthy in for Hogan
Cerra in for Hill
Colyer/Banfield in for Bewley

Ok Wayne, you clearly know what you're doing. Carry on.
I certainly know what I'm doing .....TWT if it's correct

But as we tell everyone who posts on this board ......go with your gut on decisions ....but after you've considered all the options

Think Coaches are overrating Cripps of late .....certainly influenced by the huge R12 score ....but in the last 6 weeks outside the 194, he's had a 78, 66, 89, and 116 .....that foot is going to affect him short term

Yeah i know. Taking it with a grain of salt. If it was true, though, I would find it hard to believe that it just developed during training on Thursday. It may very well be that they don't have a diagnosis yet and have said 1-2 weeks based on current symptoms. If it did just happen yesterday, they have probably only just had scans done (if required).
Its been reported he sustained it during the Bulldogs game a whole 2 weeks ago. No sight of it in the injury report last week.

Everyone's quick to jump on GWS's back with injuries, Carltank should received some backlash for this.

And CARL are implying that the injury hasn't progressd in the 2 weeks

Maybe the club was advised by their medical team that it was only very minor and that he would be fine after a week off.

The toe has nothing to do with it, he was not injury affected until the Bulldogs game:

R7 123
R8 120
R9 66 (GWS, De Boer tag)
R10 116
R11 89 (Ess, Clarke tag)
R12 194
R13 78 (injured toe)

So outside tags, he has been scoring magnificently until R13 injury

Never suggested the injury affected anymore than the Bulldogs game ......and I don't call that scoreline scoring magnificently ...colored by the 194

That 194 was awesome, ey? Did you know that I had the C on him that week? But anyway, we shouldn't only focus on that one huge score as his 157 & 169 earlier in the season were also impressive. Not quite as impressive as the 173 & 187 that he scored post-byes last year, but still pretty impressive.

So you are guaranteeing me the weekly cash?

Oh no, MY highest weekly score and rank is no where near that impressive. But for all of you who are far better Supercoaches than I am, the potential if you have a rookie go big on a great week for the rest of your premiums is massive.
