The early bird gets the worm, and I reckon the early Game Day Thread creator gets the better sleep.
So, what's on the line? For us, it's our season. For West Coast it's literally nothing. This always bodes well. In fact, a cosy 9th place on the ladder is up for grabs for the fearsome MFC (unless we can pull out an almighty percentage booster).
But the real news this week is that milk deliveries are back on the menu boys. Yes that's right, the club is hoping that their Melkshakes will bring all the supporters to their yard. In a completely uncharacteristic move, Goody has chosen to bring the classy veteran straight back into the lineup after a massive injury layoff. VFL and sub vests are for losers son, so get your Melky butt back out there and save our season please. May his bones not be brittle.
Our three most recent encounters would suggest that one of these teams is going to get embarrassed. Funnily enough, I don't think it will be us this time.
