Saints should be way too strong for the Bombers, however, the Saints are due for a loss on the eve of the finals and this unexpectedly will be it.

As a Carlton fan, nothing would give me more pleasure than toppling the rampaging Pies but I cannot in my wildest dreams imagine it happening.

Hawks have got their mojo back and are playing tough uncompromising footy, they will belt Port as some sort of make-up for their draw on Friday night.

Sydney were in the horrors today and should be stung into action but they do face the Cats who are no pushover even though they are playing them at home - Cats easily.

How could you go past the Dees after todays peformance ?? Well I can because the Lions are desperate for a win and they are at home.

Richmond will atone for those couple of losses and account for the patchy Crows.

Bulldogs to maul the Kangas, they want a Top 4 finish and they won't drop this one after finally getting there.

Freo will bounce back after that shocking loss to the Dogs, they cannot put in another shocker especially in a local derby.

Off the bandwagon after one loss? And you seem to be conveniently forgetting how shit Richmond were.

Off the bandwagon after one loss? And you seem to be conveniently forgetting how shit Richmond were.
Richmond's 5 wins have come against non-victorian sides and they are at home in this one. I'm not off the bandwagon, I just have a bad feeling about the game. Hope I'm wrong though.

Saints should be way too strong for the Bombers, however, the Saints are due for a loss on the eve of the finals and this unexpectedly will be it.

We lost last week and drew this week.... if anything, we are due for a win.

Oh, also - we haven't flogged a team by over eight goals since round 2 so if anything at all we are due for a BIG win.

Won't happen though.

here's my tips.

Essendon 4.7.31 -- 6.9.45 -- 9.12.66 -- 12.14.86
St Kilda 5.3.33 -- 10.5.65 -- 14.7.91 -- 18.8.116

84,111

Port Adelaide 3.6.24 -- 7.9.51 -- 11.11.77 -- 12.13.85
Hawthorn 6.0.36 -- 10.2.62 -- 13.5.83 -- 14.6.90
23,227

Sydney 0.1.1 -- 1.7.13 -- 4.8.32 -- 9.9.63
Geelong 2.4.16 -- 5.6.36 -- 8.8.56 -- 12.8.80
33,956

Brisbane 1.4.10 -- 3.4.22 -- 4.7.31 -- 7.9.51
Melbourne 3.5.23 -- 6.10.46 -- 7.15.57 -- 7.17.59
28,243

Richmond 0.4.4 -- 4.9.33 -- 12.10.82 -- 20.20.140

Essendon V St. Kilda 21 pts
Collingwood V Carlton 39 pts
Port Adelaide V Hawthorn 17pts
Sydney V Geelong 65pts
Brisbane V Melbourne 28pts
Richmond V Adelaide 15pts (bet the house and car that this will be the lowest scoring game of the round ... and probably the most boring)
Western Bulldogs V North Melbourne 16 pts
Fremantle V West Coast 13 pts

St Kilda by 18 - The Dons have troubled the Saints the last three times the sides have met and have even won two of those games (including by 12 points earlier this season) but this one is too important for the Saints to drop at this stage of the season.

Collingwood by 6 - Closer than a lot of people think. Collingwood should win but the Blues will be dangerous.

Hawthorn by 24 - Port Adelaide had their token win for their new coach in their local Grand Final against the Crows... a letdown on the cards here...

Geelong by 30 - The Swans won't be as bad as they were against Melbourne, and won't be for a long time to come, but still won't be enough to beat the Cats...

Brisbane by 6 - Call me mad but I really fancy the Lions in this one. Melbourne were brilliant against the Swans but can't see lightning striking twice two weeks in a row, especially on the road where they generally struggle. The Lions will win 1 or 2 more before the season is over and this is one of those genuine chances at home.

Adelaide by 18 - Richmond have had their flurry of wins for 2010 to give their supporters at least some heart coming into next season but Adelaide should be a little bit more polished in this one and will rebound after a disappointing performance. Also worth noting the Crows have won 13 of their last 14 against the Tigers... with that 1 loss being by 3 points back in 2006.

Western Bulldogs by 60 - North Melbourne... *thud* The Dogs are back and will tear North apart for the second time this year.

Fremantle by 1 - Massive danger game for the Dockers. They've had the Eagles measure in recent years and it should continue... but only just.

Essendon vs St Kilda - Bombers have won the last two vs Saints at the same venue which will give them hope but Saints rarely go 3 weeks in a row without a win and should be far too strong - Saints by 29pts

Collingwood vs Carlton - Pies are the team to beat the moment and in front of another huge Saturday arvo crowd will all but seal a top 2 finish - Pies by 19pts

Port Adelaide vs Hawthorn - Power were good in the showdown (they always are) the big question is will they show the same this against one of the form teams in the comp, a danger game but in current form can't see Hawks dropping this one - Hawks by 15pts

Sydney vs Geelong - Swans will come out firing following their dismal loss while the Cats will continue prep for the finals. Will be closer then most think but Cats to win - Cats by 12pts

Brisbane vs Melbourne - Demons need to prove that last week was no fluke and won't get a better chance for a rare interstate win. Lions are better at home and won't be suprised if they win, but can't risk tipping them - Demons by 2pts

Richmond vs Adelaide - Crows need to win this to keep slim finals chances alive, get the feeling the young Tigers are tiring out so Crows to win this must win game - Crows by 9pts

W.Bulldogs vs North Melb - Dogs are hitting form at the right time of year and could very well bully the Roos for the second time in 10 weeks - Dogs by 34pts

Fremantle vs West Coast - Dockers showing signs of hitting a wall at the wrong time of year, but are still a strong chance to finish 4th but to that must win games like these, and if recent clashes are to go by should win - Dockers by 24pts

Based on your info here, I'm reversing my original tip and going with the Saints to hand the Bombers a 44-point shellacking.
