I feel like that would be a bit messy with the charcoal on the front of the Giants guernsey. All white would be better for contrast.

It’s not applicable for this game, as Freo should just wear white but if Geelong are made to wear white shorts at home to minimise clash, why aren’t the Giants forced to wear orange shorts from time to time ?

Personally thought the matchup was fine, yes white is best, but I'd rather freo wear the purple/white against GWS.

Then freo etc would just wear all white.

And would help with clashes with red and yellow to teams.

Currently the gws home and clash is practically the same from the back - defeats the point of a clash jumper.

Re saints / cats - I like the stickman with black shorts. Glad they didn't put saints in white shorts.

Came hear to say this. Showdows are an absolute eyesore.

If the away Derby team has to be in their clash strip, the same should go for the away Showdown team.

red shorts for saints would've been elite tonight, Cats could've wore navy shorts too (unneeded but like why not)

Have the Crows wear a red clash with navy blue shorts for away showdowns and it solves the clash while also adding a little to the narrative with them looking a bit more like an SA origin team.

I think the Bars vs the hoops can still happen in showdowns, the crows just shouldn't wear white shorts.

first off white is one of our 4 colours, making them wear one of our colours because of the white shorts rule is dumb.

if you need a team in white shorts then us in PBs with white shorts vs full navy would work better

Clash would be better - but port in white shorts instead would have helped. Half the PB jumper is white.
