Serious question- can someone please explain why any free agent would choose this team?? Saying "coz clarkos the best coach in the league" doesn't count. Gibson, Burgoyne and hodge are all gone end of this season. They will be replaced by three players that have played less than 10 games. If you think this year is going to be bad, the next two will be even worse.

We are last years freo. Not at all jumping off a cliff but we are miles off it personnel wise, a number of players have already climbed the mountain and are now disinterested, a number are miles too slow and cooked, and we have nothing coming through in youth (Burton the exception)

We will rebuild but it is going to be a much longer process than a lot think.

Yeah, I'm thinking this is a coaching problem.

You can see that the players are thinking more about what they should be doing rather than actually watching the game and playing. They are playing this match like a training game where the pressure is only pretend. It's like their collective football brains have been turned off.
