Dumb decisions.
Poor tackling.
Skill errors.
Fullerton playing.
Rayner missing one of the easiest goals.
Smashed in the ruck.
Poor zone defence/lack of defensive running.

Reasons we lost that we couldn't control:
Poor umpiring in the last quarter.

Unfortunately it looks like BF has an issue where if two mods lock a thread it locks it and unlocks it in quick succession.
