I'd check that again.
My fault, I did 152/11, but I think I was meant to divide 152 by the answer I got for what I did. I failed year 10 maths with a mark so low I wasn't allowed to do it in year 11 LOL.

(Total years of Ken ÷ Total years of club's existence) x 100 = The Hinkley Percentage.

11 ÷ 152 = 0.0723
0.072 x 100 = 7.23%

If we are talking the 2022 season he should've been sacked after the Russell Ebert tribute game.

A fukcing disgrace that will never be forgotten.

Other times he should have been sacked on the spot:

"We'll terrorise Lachie neale I reckon"

When Norf kicked 1 goal the previous week then Ben brown kicked 10 against us as we were trying to make finals.

The game in Round 4 2019 when a heavily undermanned Richmond took a billionty intercept marks in Q4 despite our midfield dominating theirs and beat us by under a goal.

The game later that same year against GWS where he dropped Dixon leaving us with a defender (Howard) and a ruckman (Ryder) as our only 'key forwards' for the day, and then GWS did exactly, exactly the same thing to us, taking a billionty intercept marks and winning by under a goal despite our midfield dominating theirs. Exactly the same god damn game. If you'd put the Giants players in Richmond jumpers I'd have thought I was watching a replay. He doesn't learn.

Maybe our club should stop *ing acting like a lot of primadonnas and get some coaches that can actually coach. Who cares if they're well liked or a quality person? Since when has that become a prerequisite? A coach that earns respect? Sure. Give me an absolute campaigner that can coach any day. If they want a father figure, go home to daddy. We're supposed to be a professional sporting club, not day care.
The defensive line performance in 2020 and 2021 shows that Monty can coach defence.

The midfield line performance in 2022 shows that Monty was either hamstrung by Ken, or could not coach midfield.

Common “Scorch hits the nail on the head” post here. It truly is the most disappointing part of following this club, where just about every negative thing can be chalked up to this one guy getting 11 years as head coach with nothing to show for that.

Also just checked the maths, if Ken reaches the end of next season as coach he will have been the head coach for 13.8% of Port’s existence (1870-2023). * that’s bleak.
More than 20% of my entire lifetime. My teenage children have no memory of anyone else coaching Port Adelaide

Making excuses for yet another capitulation and trying to find any excuse with a set of injuries no different to any other team is beyond moronic.
It's all part of the vanillarisation of Port Adelaide. We're not the ruthless club we once were - "near enough is good enough" is now part of who we are.

Also, some things deserve relentless criticism.

An example of that would be some loser who doesn't care about the club getting paid an average of about $750k per year across at least 11 years to produce precisely no success.
I don't think it's unreasonable for Port fans to demand better than we've been getting. No flag for 18 years, and no grand final appearance for 15 years, but we're still expected to fold our arms and wait for success to come? I'd rather be impatient for the next period of success - history suggests that it won't happen while the current coach is still here, so it's time to give someone else a go.

Like many others here, I could list many statistics and reasons that would justify that the termination of ken hinkleys contract/s should have happened long ago

But something that sticks painfully in my mind, is after the Jordan Dawson after the siren showdown victory, when on the sidelines the incompetent one was openly laughing!

Openly laughing, after losing to the arch enemy, after the siren, to a goal kicked by a player we attempted to recruit. Says a lot about the abomination that is kenny donuts

I'm getting mad remembering how mad I was at both of these games.

I left the GWS game early. Only 8 points down with half a quarter left and yet I knew, knew, we weren't going to win.

Quite often when the team runs out for the warm up, me and my nephews will give each other the look that we all know we're about to get pumped.

Ken's never been a motivator but sometimes you can tell he's dead set put them to sleep. I actually use to think it was Burgess overtraining them but it's the same with Burgess gone.

Port Adelaide and Essendon supporters apologising to each other for their respective coaches:

If you tried to explain this to the “who are you going to get?!” happyclappers, they wouldn’t understand and would still think that’s the players fault.

Not to mention that none of their memories would even remember 2019, you know, the year we shat on 148 years of Port Adelaide history by appointing co-captains. They only remember how bad we were in 2012.
