Michael Wilson one off-season had both shoulders operated on - if not at the same time then definitely within a short space of each other.

Both shoulders were immobilised post surgery and his missus would wipe his arse every day to ensure he kept them immobilised and he would have the best possible opportunity to rehab them properly.

He bled for the club.
Wilbur may have bled for the club but his wife really deserves the medal here

So the pass-mark for Kane is a Grand Final, and he had Port positioned to be 11th at the start of the year. But it's too early to sack him because...?

If we are actually tracking towards that poor position at the end of the year then what are you even worried about or trying to prevent? You know we aren't making a Grand Final and you never expected us to.

Sacking him now isn't throwing the season away, it's the complete opposite. Going through til August with what we're currently seeing would be a massive waste of everyone's time and if Carr has a go at it we could potentially salvage something.

He's trying to prevent his brother from losing his job.

Though funnily enough our forward line actually has looked pretty good this year so far.

Bear in mind Kornes said in 2022 (and 2021 also?) that Ken needed to make a grand final to stay on. Rinse and repeat to defend Kenny and Chadbro

Tredders' Hinkley Must Go comments are all over today's press. In addition Warren's, 'the board is not listening to the members' comment also gets a mention. I reckon that last comment was designed to smoke Koch out of hiding. So far the only person connected to the Club and quoted in the press is Josh Carr and he basically said what one would expect him to say as no Assistant Coach is going to come out and call for the Coach to go then expect to keep his job. What Josh Carr says and what he thinks are possibly two different things.

Last night on AFL 360 Jason Dunstall chipped in with, 'He’s [Hinkley] been under the pump before, but I think now he comes under the microscope like never before'. Whateley of course took a different stance and said he thinks Port will see Hinkley's contract out. Thus the debate was not will Hinkley go but when will Hinkley go. At the risk of reading too much into recent events there is the beginning of a groundswell of opinion re Hinkley's future.

So, first the radio, then social media, then TV and now the printed media thus the pressure mounts and we await a response from David Koch. I may be tempted to watch Sunrise.

PS Well done Warren Tredrea hopefully he gets some support from a past Port player or two.

Kane basically with the "wHo eLsE YoU GoNnA GeT?"

Said exactly the same thing last year!

Strangely also said if you appoint Josh Carr as caretaker you could be ruling out other potential coaches?? What? Whats he on about? Its a "caretaker" role you ning nong!

He's grasping, but unfortunately he's got the biggest media profile of the lot, and surprise surprise hes backed in Kenny and the status quo.

Get f*^** Kane

Kornes says Hinkley needs to make a grand final to keep his job, then in the same breath says he predicts Port will finish 11th

That’s exactly Tredrea’s point - why keep Ken on when everyone knows he’s a dead man walking? Why waste another season?

And yet no one on the panel calls out Kornes’ hypocrisy.

Yea these w@nkers treat it in the isolation of this season whereas it's really 10 years of evidence & 3 weeks.

Burning another season just cos' is such a waste of everyone's time, imagine a caretaker coming in blooding some new backmen & giving say Hayes a big stretch in ruck to see if he can build etc... there's some interest & positive development instead of a dead season.

Today is the day.
Sack Hinkley!

Man, I loved listening to Tredders be the absolute voice of reason.

We Are Warren Tredrea.

K.Cornes needs to be on the cull list with ken and Koch.
If you read between the lines he's not disagreeing with Tredders, he's disagreeing with the timing.

Tredders is thinking ahead though. He's now piled on the pressure going into 2 games which we will most likely lose so the fan noise will grow and more of the media will jump on.

That’s what’s required now, people need to come out and support tredders. He can’t be left on an island.

now He’s started the momentum its Gotta keep rolling.

kane and rucci will try and shut it down.

Well, I did tune into Sunrise I have been watching for 30 minutes and have not seen Kochie. Might be his RDO, how convenient.

or maybe he is locked in a Board meeting at Alberton discussing ways of excommunicating Warren Tredrea.

I actually think back to Cahill leaving the board and then recommending Tredrea - who he knew probably wouldn’t get it, but - he could use that to start talking and Tredrea seems happy to roll with it.

I think it’s all been well orchestrated to effect change in a disruptive way - let’s face it nothing else seems to be working, this is entirely on the club for sitting idle for too long.

There is no way out of this apart from Ken leaving, the drums will beat louder.

Kane saying Warren kicking with the breeze -please, Kanes made a career out of it.

Kanes argument is burn another year under daddy donuts, because we're gonna give up 3 weeks in?

Kanes a moron.
