You just know that Koch will wait until we're 5-13 in Round 18 until he sacks him and brags about how he's not one to shy away from tough decisions.

I can’t even see a sacking. It will be an announcement that the club and donuts have mutually agreed to part ways. Selfless Kenny will get a handshake and a pat on the back for putting the club before himself, acknowledging his limits, while Rucci & Whatley draw up a heartfelt media send off

It’s already written in sure.

In a plastic sleeve so they can jizz
all over it.

I can't wait to see what Hamish Hartlett can do in the midfield under a new coach. He's absolutely primed for it.

I've been lining up for the footy bus after games for years, after many a loss too. But last night was different, every single person was saying what a disgrace that game was and that Hinkley has to go. Some of them may have been happy clappers before, but they certainly weren't last night.
Actually, I did hear one voice in the line up say "it wasn't the coach, it was the players", one lone voice.
You catch the same bus as Janus.

The press conference:

“Of course we’re disappointed, every person who’s Port is disappointed and you can best believe no one’s hurting more right now than those individuals at the club. But we can’t afford to be reactionary, it’s round 3 blah blah blah blah blah tune in for tomorrow’s cash cow”

just a regular banner in the stands would be a start!
Ken Hinkley SLAMS vandals who plastered Port Adelaide road sign with 'sack Hinkley' message as under-fire Power boss insists: 'It worries me not one bit'

Not one bit.

Nah, fair play to the happyclappers, they have imbued me with some excellent strategies to maintain domestic bliss amidst the recent and untimely death of a key whitegood.

“You didn’t do the dishes?”

— “It’s not the Fisher & Paykel Era anymore, dishes are hard to do”

“You’ve got a bottle of Morning Fresh, a mixer tap, and two perfectly good hands”

— “When I arrived there was no plug and there was talk of relocating to the bedroom”

Craig mcrae said he wants to set players up for success. Hinkley sets them up for apathy. Its not a coincidence that 44-45 professional athlete's have no pride, enjoyment or competiveness in their performance. It's the s**t environment. Watching Zac Butters losing his enjoyment of football is horrible.
And Koch would much rather see Zac's misery continue, than admit he was wrong to allow Hinkley to see out his contract. The lad will thrive if/when he finally gets a new coach, and I can't wait to see it.

The board isn't ex port players and passionate port people anymore,it's businesses people, some don't even support the club, losing won't bother them as much as not making a profit will,so the showdown performance probably won't change anything at the moment, when crowds drop under 20,000 then ken will get sacked.

Hey Kochie - what's so tough about sacking a talentless coach, who should have been terminated 6 years ago?
