Gresh had a shocker. Long ineffectual, play Sinclair or Lonie instead. Dunstan nice goal but still can't seem to find the all enough, Stevens in please. Longer started well but Hickey is a class above.

We were beaten by a better team on the day.

We lack some serious line breakers and seem to get run down too much.

Cats are more experienced and always seemed to have more players at the contest, and when they break free, they move the ball quickly.

Not sure having both Gresham and Long playing at the same tome helps. Like having only 20 men out there.

Surely Dunstan is on thin ice?

It will come with experience, but we are currently a mid-table team.

Need growth from within and to add some outside class imo.

Yep we are pretty much Geelong without Selwood and Danger. We work so hard just to stem the flow and eventually collapse. Dunstan is not ready, Long was invisable and was nowhere near ready. Longer is not fit enough. Jack Steven stuffed up so many opportunities it hurt

Jade's numbers aren't spectacular and today his decision making was poor. Like I said if midfield/forwards aren't hitting the scoreboard then less than 15 possessions is just not enough. (Gresh has averaged only 13 possessions a game this year)

I got to sit and watch the team I live and breathe for, and the game I love, with my father - who's telling cancer to go **** itself every day - my brother and my son.

I think Dunstan has virtual immunity from being dropped.
He seemed to be doing a job on dangerfield at one stage, but dangerfield gradually became more and more effective as the hand wore on.
Don't think he's worth much in terms of trade bait either.

Dunstan 11 and 12 disposals the last 2 weeks is pathetic for a midfielder. Has to be dropped! If it was Acres he'd be banished for a month.

Long needs more time to develop in the VFL. Will be a good player, just not ready yet.

Longer.. just does nothing apart from hitouts. And he couldn't even win them. Hickey is miles ahead it's not even funny. Hope he's right to come back in next week.


We ran out of legs in the last and duckwood and Danger just took over.
Don't rate Geelong, they are seriously reliant on those 2 to get them across the line everyone else in that midfield are just front runners. If they lose either one of them to injury they will struggle.

Weller and Bruce misses are almost unforgivable
Gresham drop mark lead to geelong goal
Gresham is 5ft trying to take hangers, lead to goal after 50m
Whoever gifted geelongs goal with the stab kick across the face early in the first

Cant see much wrong with it myself. Bradman was dropped. A lot of champions have been dropped.

Minchington added class and polish inside forward 50.

Steven was very good and added something our midfield doesn't have without him.

It just cant work because neither have the ability to play elsewhere. Now Bruce isn't a ruckman but did we actually go worse when he was rucking? I'm not so sure.

gresh is a player maker needs to stay in , did have a shocker today but
