Broadly agree, the complexity comes from the fact that our team is less than the sum of its parts because it’s unbalanced. Has been the case for years. The one that we're shit and need to change the side.
Interesting that Neeld really played only small part of setting strategy
Yeah it does but you also need to be aware what’s going other parts of the ground as well. Also train and implement so everyone on same page. Does what back coach interpret and train the same page as midfield? Not that simpleSo our line coaches focus on their line. That seems... pretty sensible.
Feel his strength is he knows how to build a team plus the coaching and support staff and empower people to bring out their best.
Like Neeld not in the box?I didn't see anything massively different structurally, I just saw effort and the right people in the right places. Which is good, but in many ways more frustrating

Moving Hurley (forced) and Goddard away from their accumulating unaccountable roles was good. When Goddard had fewer possessions early, we looked much better. We were going with even numbers around the ground more often than not. That is structurally a change at least.
LOL at Woosha's presser. (delivered with absolute deadpan) "Nah, I'm happy".
He gives them nothing.

You can tell by his eyebrows. When he's up for a chat with the media his eyebrows say 'open for business'. Today was not one of those days.My impression was that he was really pissed off.
In Woosha you should trust.
Told ya
Kelly should still controlling our back line as a player in hindsight, but that’s history now.James Kelly, reckon he had some input would know the Geelong players strength and weaknesses.
Why?I thought it was pretty shit TBH.
