Welcome to the SFA's AMA. An idea I straight up jacked from Reddit, Easty and a post from that very Question time thread by the first instalment's poster in the gun... actually that's kind of intimidating, this is supposed to be a relaxed process... firing line, seems more apt and topical. The poster to be executed, erm... I mean answering your questions this week will be TheFreshBanana

For anyone unaware as to what "Ask Me Anything/AMA/IAmA" is, you're a damned fool. I will explain though because I've been advised by people in power that I need to show more tolerance towards blatant idiocy. It's a concept on Reddit where a person will post a short introduction about themselves and then prompt Reddit users to ask them anything, they will then answer accordingly. I will, however, put up a short Introduction for each poster before each AMA session, they may add to it should their ego require it.

If posters have any requests for future AMA's or would like to be included in the shortlist, please PM me.

There aren't many rules, other than all questions should be answered in some form (within reason) by the current AMAer. I would also like to remind posters that this isn't a sovereign thread whereby the usual rules of BF don't exist and exploitation of an AMAer's vulnerability will be frowned upon (for example, continually asking the same question for the sake of antagonism). I don't care whether questions are relevant, positive or negative just keep them within the boundaries. Also, once an AMAer's time is up I would ask that you refrain from further questioning that poster, lest you be beaten to death with a large Atlantic Sturgeon.

For those not in the know, Freshy is a specialist FP, known ClarkeM sympathiser and has interests ranging from trending Country-Pop starlets to the Apollo Space Missions. Ooh, a tough question but a fair one. Franky, there's no single answer. Some voters respond to my integrity, others are more impressed with my incorruptibility. Still others buy my determination to lower taxes. And the bureaucrats in the state capital can put that in their pipes and smoke it!

Can it? I've only been active since S17 and even then it's hard to maintain fresh produce.

I'll expand on the answer.

No doubt Season 18 was less than desirable, both on and off the field. However, as captain, I felt like I didn't have much control over all the posters leaving and posters "retiring".

This was also the end of my first season (inactive in 15 and 16), and had no idea on how recruiting worked in the offseason. Also had no clue how important taking a break in the off-season was either, we had the shortest break of any team being in a grand final, this was also the shortest break in a long time in the SFA. This all culminated in massive burnout, and by the time PVF "retired", I was already tossing up the idea of hanging up the boots as well, and if PVF didn't retire I most likely would have.

There's a lot of work been put into recruiting and preparing for Season 19. I've taken a break the last 2 weeks, and I'm feeling fresh and excited for the new season.

If you want to see if I've driven the Wonders into the ground, at least judge me on how we go in Season 19.

Freshy, what is it honestly like to play on the same team as ClarkeM? Please be honest.

If you think I don't want ClarkeM on my team, you're mistaken. He's a great poster, he's extremely loyal to the Wonders, and the credit for the recruiting for Season 19 (for the Wonders) most definitely has to be given to ClarkeM. He did the brunt of the work, and he organised a lot of it as well.

Of course, there are times when I don't agree with what he does or says, and that's fine. But not for a moment have I regretted playing alongside Clarkey.

I am sick of getting the blame around here. The Colosseum caught on fire blame crowy cause he was smoking inside, the women all have diseases blame crowy because he is unclean, the wonders have fallen from grace blame crowy because of some reason.

The first 2 I will probably have to accept the third one I don't have the badge saying I run the joint even though I act like it
