Obviously two different wrestlers from two different era's however the similarities are there for all to see and it is not a good thing.

Both were pushed as destructive forces despite both having a really crappy look

Both were pushed despite having a limited moveset that does not entertain

Both could not sell

Both are pushed as indestructible despite looking really crappy

Both are just plain crappy

You compared Sheamus to a wrestler that was in WCW getting his similar largeish push in 2000, then went on about how TNA 2010 is just like WCW 2000. Anyone with half a brain or more would read that as being linked.

Also Do you go with Rooey, Kosi or Lenny? Maybe Luke Ball until he broke your heart?

What Irks me the most, He has a decent moveset if you've ever bothered doing your homework on the guy, What the WWE will let him do however is a different matter, His fault? Im Sure Rey Mysterio can do more then Kicking a guy in the shins and various hurricarana's and the Tiger Feint Kick. He must suck as well.

I Belive he does alright, If you consider as a monster heel he isnt supposed to be flopping all over the place once he takes a clothesline. Again its the part of his character the WWE pushed and not his personal ability to sell or not IMO

So Far Sheamus has had Feuds with Jamie Nobel (Oh yeah!) John Cena (Cannot sell) and Orton (i admit, bad match) and Evan Bourne. The guys done really well with the booking he;s recieved, They needed a Mike Knox/Kane/MVP to whail on for a while before he got the title.


And For TNA, I find it more confusing that Brian Knobbs has a job

Plus hogan seemed to have turned up, picked new main eventers, thrown some in the trash and rubbished every angle going on in TNA. Confusing? Understatement, Its unbearable to watch

I Think Sheamus would of made a great wrestler

IF HE WENT THOUGH THE MID-CARD FIRST

He was just kinda picked to be champion, and 2 months after debuting in ECW he;s holding the title, its a major stuff up with booking and the guys who have been sent to put him over havent really done a swell job either.,

Wrestlers that are meant to be powerhouses have always had a limited move-sets and these days all the wrestlers have limited move-sets i think if he started with the US or IC titles it would of been a better push for him his work in the FCW wasn't too bad either had some great matches with Drew. He also hasn't really faced anyone bar Randy of any quality he had to have a cpl matches with Cena and unless your one of the best in the business you will look shit Jaimie Noble (who?) and so forth.

I kind of get where you're coming from...and as professional wrestlers I'm sure your points are arguable, if not correct.

But I can't get past the notion that you're comparing a guy who's entire career has been spent making a name in professional wrestling against a guy who actually fought seriously. Granted, Tank's MMA record is not outstanding...but he's a fighter. And yes, we can't blame anyone else for his choices in taking the pro wrestling route (which presumably offered more money) but comparing a fighter against an actor?

When it comes to hindsight, they may have the similar (unwanted) distinction of not being great pro wrestlers...beyond that I don't see how the comparison holds up.

Agree, I think Christian is probably the best wrestler on the WWE Books right now.

He's just always been on the end of half assed pushes.

Incase anyone hasn't picked up on it yet, Christian has been my favourite wrestler since I started watching Wrestling back in late 1999. Always been severly underrated, and never appreciated enough within the WWE ranks.

He has it all. Mic skills, Oozing charisma, good technical ability, can work a mat based match, or a high flying match. I've always rated him higher than Edge in basically any department of wrestling, it is just a pity that the WWE hasn't.

i was pissed when he lost clean to Sheamus.....as I ****ing loathe Sheamus.
I'll deadset cum everywhere if Christian wins the WWE or Heavyweight titles.

Smackdown please. He'll be buried on RAW with Sheamus (Sigh) HHH (Sigh) Cena (Epic Sigh) Big Show (Mother****ing sigh) and co there.

I'd rather him on Smackdown. More chance of being in the main event. Can you imagine the matches between Christian and CM Punk, as well as Jericho (Already had great matches), Rey Mysterio and Edge.....chuck in Morrison too.

I think Christian is unfortunatly one of the blokes who will never be well built or have a fantastic cut body and Not explosive enough.

He still shits on most the wrestlers out there.
